ABSTRACT
Nutritional anthropometry is often used to measure nutritional status. Anthropometry
presented in the form of an index such as beratbadan by age (W / A), height for age (H / A), or
weight for height (W / H). The aim of this lab is so that the learners can assess nutritional status
by using body mass index (BMI), so that the learners can assess the composition of the body's
muscles indirectly by measuring upper arm circumference (MUAC) and the thickness of skin
folds and so that the learners can assess body fat composition indirectly by measurement of the
thickness of skin folds. The method used is the measurement of the mass of the upper arm and
body fat mass. The result is a data-upper arm circumference, skin fold biceps, triceps,
subscapular and third suprailiac respondents. The conclusion is R1, R2 and R3 are included
in the lean% body fat category
